Room Leader Position 

Caterpillars (Under 3's) Room


All year round, 37.5 hours a week, flexible between 7.45am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, 50 weeks per year.

Competative rates of pay, Extra Holiday for Birthday and a Christmas Shopping day each year.


A minimum full and relevant level 3 qualification in Early Years, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Early Years setting, experience in a leadership role in childcare and a solid understanding of the EYFS is essential to this role.

Minimum salary of £24,375* per annum (*negotiable depending on level of qualifications and experience).

Practitioners are required to embrace outdoor learning opportunities whatever the weather.

Applicants must have a passion for: 

jumping in muddy puddles, 

looking for and identifying insects and creatures of all shapes and sizes,

growing fruits and vegetables,

making mud pies and potions,

sparking curiosity in little minds.

Qualification in Early Years Childcare and Education to Level 3 or above as recognised by the DfE Approved Qualifications List.

Current Paediatric First Aid Certificate.

Deputy Manager Position
