Early Years Practitioner

Flexible between 7.45am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, maximum 37.5 hours a week

All year round (50 weeks per year)

Competative rates of pay, Extra Holiday for Birthday and a Christmas Shopping day each year.

A minimum full and relevant level 3 qualification in Early Years.

Salary - £24,531.00 to £25,759.50* per annum (*negotiable depending on level of qualifications and experience).

Applicants must have a passion for: 

jumping in muddy puddles, 

looking for and identifying insects and creatures of all shapes and sizes,

growing fruits and vegetables,

making mud pies and potions,

sparking curiosity in little minds.

Room Leader Position 

Caterpillars (Under 3's) Room

All year round, 37.5 hours a week, flexible between 7.45am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, 50 weeks per year.

A minimum full and relevant level 3 qualification in Early Years, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Early Years setting, experience in a leadership role in childcare and a solid understanding of the EYFS is essential to this role.

Salary - £27,651.00 to £28,470.00* per annum (*negotiable depending on level of qualifications and experience).

Practitioners are required to embrace outdoor learning opportunities whatever the weather.

Deputy Manager Position

All year round, 37.5 hours a week, part time considered, flexible between 7.45am and 6pm,

Monday to Friday, 50 weeks per year.

Competitive rates of pay, Extra Holiday for Birthday and a Christmas Shopping day each year.

A minimum full and relevant level 3 qualification in Early Years, a minimum of 2 years’ leadership experience in an Early Years setting, and a solid understanding of Safeguarding, SEND and the EYFS is essential to this role. Position is part room based and part office based.

Full time salary of £30,069 to £30,966* per annum (*negotiable depending on level of qualifications and experience)

Flexible between 7.45am and 6pm, Tuesday to Thursday, minimum 20 hours a week

All year round (50 weeks per year). 12 month contract from June 2025.

Competative rates of pay, Extra Holiday for Birthday and a Christmas Shopping day each year.

A minimum full and relevant level 3 qualification in Early Years.

Salary - £13,083.20 to £13,738.40* per annum (*negotiable depending on level of qualifications and experience).
